Once Emilian was a successful businessman, but one day he came to faith, gave up everything and went into volunteering. He created a network of shelters for the homeless "Noah". There are already 18 houses and almost 1000 guests in "Noah". This is a micro empire with its own charter and laws. The most important one is dry.
